Allen Rudy

Allen C. Rudy, Jr.'s primary focus is on defending individuals and business entities charged by the government with business or commercial crimes. He is a charter member of the Criminal Justice Act Panel for the Northern District Of Texas. His civil law practice covers general business law, commercial disputes, and employment law (including EEOC and sexual harassment claims) and serving as an ADR neutral (arbitrator and mediator) in commercial disputes.
He is a retired Captain in the U. S Navy’s Judge Advocate General’s Corps. He earned his initial law degree from Southern Methodist University, followed by a Master of Law degree in Constitutional Law and Criminology from George Washington University in Washington, DC.
During his Navy legal career, Captain Rudy served as a trial counsel, military judge, claims attorney and Department of the Navy ethics official. Captain Rudy’s career culminated in his serving as Special Counsel to the Chief of Naval Operations and as Commanding Officer of the Naval Legal Service Office in San Diego, California.
Captain Rudy is a trained and experienced arbitrator and mediator. He completed the Mediation Training Program of American Academy of Attorney-Mediators, Inc., and the American Arbitration Association's Basic, Advanced and Securities Arbitrator Training Programs, as well as numerous other advanced training programs. He has been or is a member of the Association of Attorney-Mediators, the ADR sections of the State Bar of Texas and the American and Dallas Bar Associations, a past Chairman of the ADR Section of the Dallas Bar Association, a past President of the North Texas Chapter, Association of Attorney-Mediators and an instructor with the National Institute for Trial Advocacy.
He is a licensed member of the State Bar of Texas, a member of the College of the State Bar of Texas and is admitted to practice in the federal courts of the Northern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Leroy Street

G. Leroy Street is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, and has tried and appealed cases ranging from bank fraud to commercial landlord/tenant disputes, and from professional malpractice to divorce. Opposing parties have included government agencies, labor unions, corporations and individuals, while clients have been primarily business entities and individuals. Most of his cases have had a real estate or business foundation. In addition to representing clients, he has also instructed law school students on trial practice, and written and taught for the National Institute of Trial Advocacy (NITA). Mr. Street is a panelist for the National Arbitration Forum.
Following his military tour of duty as an officer in the United States Air Force stationed in Ohio, the Republic of the Philippines and Virginia, Mr. Street returned to Southern Methodist University for his legal education.
After receiving his law degree, he associated with a major Dallas law firm where he became one of its shareholders and head of its litigation group. Mr. Street has been or is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Texas, the Dallas Bar Association, and The College of the State Bar. He is licensed by the Supreme Court of Texas to practice law in the State of Texas, and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Fifth and Eleventh Circuits, and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas.
Mr. Street is AV Rated by Martindale-Hubble -- its Highest Rating in Legal Ability and Ethical Standards -- and in 2018 he was recognized by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization “for 40 years of continued Board Certification and faithful service to clients, the legal profession and the rule of law.”
