After Mr. Rudy retired from the U.S. Navy and Mr. Street left his major Dallas law firm, they formed their litigation boutique, Street & Rudy, LLC, in 2002. In addition to handling Civil and Criminal trials and appeals, Street & Rudy provides counseling on legal issue related to small business formation, operation and termination as well as personal law matters, and acts as arbitrators/mediators.

FOR CLIENTS IN CIVIL LAWSUITS,
STREET & RUDY:

  • Obtained an $800,000.00 judgment for our client in a fraud and breach of fiduciary duty lawsuit between members of a limited liability company (LLC);
  • Secured a favorable jury verdict for a Vietnam refugee family regarding their ownership of their business;
  • Took a $29,000.00 judgment against a plumber called to account for his faulty services to a minority client;
  • Defended and satisfactorily resolved a multi-million dollar claim by investors in oil and gas limited partnerships; and
  • Quarterbacked the defense of a title lawsuit involving a large tract of land utilized by the client as a commercial hunting preserve.
